  • You are Worthy Program- We educate youth on healthy coping skills for mental wellness, and offer this as a professional development seminar for businesses and organizations.

  • Empowered Mothers Program- We offer a free maternal mental health advocacy program specifically for local mothers in the Capital Region who are navigating postpartum depression, a lack of community support, and barriers to accessible resources.
