1.Mental Wellness Meet-up

Meets every 1st Wednesday of the month 6-7pm on Google Meets hosted by Tatijana. This meet-up gives individuals a chance to meet new people, get insightful tips, share experiences and stories, and spread awareness of mental health. This is a safe and supportive platform for all humans to express ourselves and evolve into the beautiful souls we were born to be.

Each meeting is an hour long and focuses on a different topic each month to broaden perspective, increase coping strategies, and build a sense of community. The meet-up focuses on bringing the community together to discuss mental health awareness, coping strategies, networking opportunities, and education. Families, Practioners, and Community Members welcomed!!

We create a safe space for all humans to become more comfortable accessing and talking about mental wellness. It's impactful when you are with others who are further along their road to recovery and who are making great strides toward having healthier lives.

5. Dark Moon Grief Gathering

Meet-ups held every 2nd Tuesdays 7-8pm hosted by Dandelion Collaborative. Loss can come in many forms - loss of a loved one, loss of faith, loss of trust, loss of identity, and so much more. As if loss isn’t difficult enough, with loss also comes grief - a complex, heavy, and often misunderstood clutter of emotions. Dark Moon Grief Gathering will harness the energy of the end of the moon cycle to create a safe, open, and accessible space to explore all forms of loss and grief in community without any expectations.

Amy Elizabeth of Dandelion Collaborative will facilitate discussions, meditations, spiritual or herbal ceremonies, or other activities, with the intention of encouraging recognition, communication, and processing of grief so we can learn to move through the world despite our burden. Gatherings may occasionally involve movement, however all movement will be both extremely low impact and accessible. Come as you are.

Our goal is to empower and educate guests to access support and resources to increase their mental health well-being by meeting monthly and providing a safe atmosphere for all humans to share insights and strategies to strengthen and adapt healthy coping skills. If you have attended any of our mental wellness meetups please take our survey above so we can further enhance our meetups to better support our community!
