Host: Tracy Madole, Owner/Founder Netjes S.B.

Netjes was created on the principal idea of bringing community together through positive reinforcement. This was done most recently partnering with Paint Cohoes, a gallery in the Capital Region of New York located in the town of Cohoes, by curating a youth 18U art show.

By purchasing a Netjes skateboard at your local shop not only are you supporting Netjes but you are also supporting that local small business you bought it from and part of the proceeds of each skateboard helps maintain the community center inside NWR Albany.

Netjes has an annual children’s coat drive where outside of raising money again also collaborates with Paint Cohoes and provides an art class taught by owner Alicia Lea where part of the proceeds contribute to buying new coats.

Netjes collaborates with Nullvøid Apparel, a local clothing company to the Capital Region of New York owned by Courtney Guttenburg, where we have a “NetjesVoid” clothing line. 100% of the proceeds from that collaboration go to NWR Albany to help maintain the community center and can be found at nullvoidapparel.com.

It’s all about bringing it together. You can’t change the world but you can change your world. Take care of the person next you and always pay it forward it becomes infectious.
