Skate Albany Meet-up + Clothing Drive

Our 6th & last one for 2020!! =) Skate & hang with us!!!!

Bring new or gently used clothes, gloves, hats & socks-- all will be donated to local shelters & families in need. Since we are unable to host our Community Clothing Swaps due to COVID, we would like to take the opportunity to accept donations at this event. Please bring your donations to our blue tent!

Building our skate community with smiles, support & helping hand!

If you or anyone you know are looking to learn, please share this post and invite your friends and family to come skate with us! Even if you don’t skate, someone you know may have always wanted to try. This meet-up is for everyone- especially women, LGBTQ+, non-binary & youth!

No one should EVER feel discouraged or intimidated to skate! We have your backs and will lift you up when you fall down.

Located at the "Blue Banks" Skate park in Washington Park, Madison Ave, Albany, NY

Even if you don’t have a skateboard, you can sign one of our skateboards out so that you can use during the event! Light refreshments will be offered!

We will be raffling off free gear as well.

Remember, when you attend and skateboarding around others you must wear a mask!! We have and will be enforcing it at each event we host.

We also remind people during the event too to either wear one or stay at least 6 feet away for safety purposes and comfort level of others.
