During this month's support group we will explore all the coping strategies that will keep us grounded, calm and full of life! I will have a ton of coloring pages, crayons, FINE markers, colored pencils, mindfulness jars, stress balls, music, yoga exercises, deep breathing, and more! Mental Health Happy Hour support group creates a safe and supportive place to talk about our daily struggles with anxiety, depression, PTSD, borderline, bipolar, and etc. to build our sense of belonging and validating to each other THAT WE ARE NOT CRAZY. WE ARE NOT ALONE!
We also will be giving out a ton of resources and goodies!
