Join Tatiana Gjergji, Founder/Executive Director of NWR, as she presents a guided meditation overlooking the beautiful, peaceful Catskill Creek (on the back deck of Tatiana's Restaurant). Tatiana will gently guide the meditation and teach those who are new to meditating how to do it, why the most successful people make it a priority, and different ways to do it to fit your personality.
Bring water, yoga mat or something to sit or lay on and an open heart.
