Empowered Mothers Program features the Casual Moms Meet-up: A Free Maternal Mental Health Meet-Up. Hosted twice a month by Tatiana at rotating locations across the Capital District, Empowered Mothers offers in-person and virtual support for moms of all ages and stages. This free program provides a safe, welcoming space to connect with other moms, share experiences, and access mental health resources. Each session includes open discussions, guest speakers, and holistic support. You’re not alone—come as you are, and find the community you deserve.
