Lauren Keeley, LCSW is the founder/organizer for a local Mom support group called Mom Tribe that she started when she was pregnant. It's an email list for virtual and in-person meetups where Moms can talk about their successes and challenges and support each other through parenthood. As a social worker, Lauren is always looking for inclusive ways to support other Moms/kiddos/families. Lauren worked as a mental health therapist for several years and is currently a case manager for a major health insurance company. She primarily focused on helping kids and teens manage their emotions and learn coping skills.
Lauren will be talking about how to foster healthy emotional development for littles of all ages. The foundations and skills you can start as early as birth to help your child be aware of and express/manage their emotions effectively.
