“Motherhood, ADHD & the Invisible Load: A Space for Women to Feel Seen” Webinar

FREE webinar!! Motherhood is demanding—and when ADHD is part of the picture, the mental load can feel even heavier, more complex, and often invisible to others.

This webinar will be a supportive space for women and mothers at any stage of their ADHD journey—whether diagnosed, recently diagnosed, or wondering if ADHD may be part of their story. We’ll focus on real, honest conversations around overwhelm, masking, burnout, identity, and the need for support and understanding.

You can expect:

  • Real conversations about ADHD & motherhood
  • Validation of lived experiences
  • Insight into the invisible load many women carry
  • Practical ways to navigate challenges with more compassion
  • Connection to community and resources

Speakers:

-Dr. Eliza Barach is a cognitive psychologist, ADHD coach, and mom with ADHD — so she knows firsthand what it means to carry the invisible load. As the founder of Neural Revolution, she's spent her career helping adults with ADHD understand and work with their unique brain chemistry to get sh!t done. For this webinar, she's bringing something close to her heart: findings from her recent survey of ADHD moms — an exploration of the challenges they face and the very real strengths that often go unrecognized.

-Kori C. is an identity and empowerment coach for neurodivergent women navigating ADHD, motherhood, and the invisible load of midlife. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD mom, she combines lived experience with trauma-informed support to help women rebuild self-trust and make grounded, sovereign decisions in their lives and relationships.
