All of our guests go home with their very own handcrafted smudge sticks created with their own intentions and positive vibes, they will also take home a packet of all the content such as, history of smudging, how to make them, how the different color string, herbs, roses and flowers correlate with our chakras, what all the herbs represent and their healing properties, how to use a smudge stick and etc.

This workshop is educational, empowering & you get to network with other like-minded individuals from the community!!

Smudge sticks are a great gift for yourself &/or others. We will be physically distant requiring all to wear masks. We will have extra masks and sanitizer as well.

NWR provides fresh locally grown flowers (roses, wildflowers) and herbs (sage, lavender, cedar, rosemary, thyme, and oregano) from my gardens in Catskill & Albany, NY.
