This online training is a practical approach to Reiki Level I. Reiki is a Japanese technique intended for relaxation and stress relief. When your energy is low, it is more difficult to deal with stress. When your energy is strong, you can easily deal with stress, and motivate yourself. This noninvasive technique can restore the natural balance of your energy level, promoting physical and emotional balance.

• The history & system of Reiki
• Precepts and their daily use
• Energy centers within the body
• How to clear energy
• Hand placements for self-care
• Meditation practice

Nicole’s Bio: Nicole Miele is the owner of Rock & Soul Wellness and is a practicing Reiki Master, sound practitioner, art facilitator, and musician. She was trained in the practices of Usui Reiki through the International Center for Reiki Training, Animal Reiki through Animal Reiki Source, and sound healing through the Sound Healing Academy. She also leads meditations, facilitates creative workshops, and performs Kirtan with the duo Unbounded, throughout the Capital District. Nicole has long loved music and being creative. She started playing the guitar at age 8 and became a song-writer at 13. While growing up she performed in coffeehouses playing original songs and covers of some of her favorite artists. Nicole graduated with a BS in Music Technology in 2000 from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. She now incorporates her love of music with sound healing, utilizing instruments such as crystal bowls, drums and gongs to help create a relaxing healing space. With an MBA and 16 years of business experience, Nicole started her own business in 2017 – Rock & Soul Reiki. Reiki is a means of relaxation and a way to find a healthy outlet for stress. Finding an instant connection to Reiki, Nicole knew it was meant to be her life’s path. Since this discovery, her creative voice in music and art has flourished and Rock & Soul Wellness was formed.
