Educational & empowering workshop invites you to embrace & heal our Crown Chakra (spirituality, wisdom, and our higher self).
Welcome to our Chakra Workshop Series - this is our 7th and final workshop in the series focusing on the Crown Chakra.
During the workshop we will focus on :
-Learning about the crown chakra energy center of our body
-How to balance and heal our crown chakra
-How we can embrace your spirituality, meditative strength, inner self, cosmic energy, and wisdom
-Learning about the signs & symptoms of having a blocked or imbalanced crown chakra
-What foods, exercise, crystals & etc. that can help balance & unblock our crown chakra
-Techniques to embrace our crown chakra
-Increase awareness of how this energy center interacts & effects our health & organs in this area of our body
-Developing our sensitivity (aka awareness) to ourselves and what we are experiencing & more!!
This workshop is equally valuable for anyone who wants to heal blockages of their crown chakra so they can create harmony in their lives.
We are accepting any amount of donation as a fee for all our virtual learning workshops. Whatever you can afford is very much appreciated. Guests will be able to access our educational & empowering workshops from home with a donation fee. Guests can download a packet of resourceful information based on the topic of the workshop and will access the virtual workshop via email & Google Hangouts invitation. Prior to this workshop we explored the heart chakra (compassion, love & forgiveness), solar plexus chakra (confidence, personal power & vitality), & sacral chakra (sensuality, emotions, feminine energy & creativity), root (security, survival, & feeling of grounded & belonging), throat chakra (communication, expression & speaking truth), third eye (intuition, thought patterns, strength).
