Community Mental Health Support Group for all ages and community members! Parents, Educators, Family and Friends are more than welcome to join MHHH support group to learn, empower and network with others to build a sense of belonging in our community and learn more about how to embrace our mental health as much as our physical and emotional health.

This month we are meeting on Wednesday, July 11th due to 4th of July being on the first Wednesday of the month.

Topic will focus on how to emcompass self-care techniques in our daily lives, what coping strategies are best for each individual and how to maintain a healthy life in general.

We also provide coffee and snacks as well.

Donations are welcome but all our support groups are FREE to all!
