MHHH is a safe and supportive environment that is designed for all individuals who live in the Capital Region area who are willing to connect with others to receive educational elements of all the components of the mental health, reducing the stigma, and to give individuals a sense of belonging in their community.
It is essential to spread awareness in our community, this support group will educate those who want to learn more about the aspects of certain diagnoses such as autism spectrum, anxiety, depression, and etc.

By learning about these diagnoses it will suppress the stigmas surrounding them and will give individuals the help they need to evolve so they can live a happy and healthy life.
