Let's make our own Smudge Sticks with locally grown herbs and flowers to protect our energy and relief the negativity from our lives. The intentions of this workshop are to educate, connect and empower guests by coming together to make their own smudges, learn how to protect themselves and their spaces spiritually and energetically and to learn the history of this beautiful Native American ritual.
This is a great workshop to network with others, educate yourself on this wonderful technique to protect yourself, enhance your health and wellness and rid the negative ju ju from your lives. This workshop is great for ages 10-100!!! Pick from a wide array of goodies (herbs, flowers, bushes, etc.) that NWR provides to help us make our very own smudge sticks!! It is easy and so much fun!!
